Return Process

  Log into your Medisave account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
